In Week 2, the focus is on developing leadership skills. You will learn to embody your ideal leader, identify what she does, how she speaks and acts, and how she makes others feel. Develop clarity about your leadership style and build confidence in your abilities.
Week 3:
Assert Yourself
Tuesday, 18th April 7pm
Week 3 is about asserting yourself. You will learn to identify your values, practice saying "no", use assertive language, and set boundaries. These skills will help you communicate your needs more effectively and build better relationships.
Week 4:
Delivery Is Key
Tuesday, 25th April 7pm
Week 4 focuses on delivery skills. This is crucial for communicating with confidence in any setting. You will learn to use body language effectively, write assertive emails and practice having assertive conversations.
Week 5:
Express Your Needs
Tuesday 2nd May 7pm
In Week 5, you will learn to express your needs more effectively. You will learn to identify your feelings, communicate your needs, and have courageous conversations. You will also learn the power of accountability, which can help you achieve your goals.
Week 6:
Recipe For Success
Tuesday, 9th May 7pm
Week 6 is about setting goals and creating a personalized blueprint for influence. You will learn to identify future career opportunities and reflect on your progress. This week is all about putting the skills and knowledge gained throughout the program into practice, creating a roadmap for personal and professional success.
